Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your Flipper Zero is in its original condition, including all cables, stickers, and packaging, within 30 days of delivery.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support portal with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the device to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
